The staff were very amiable and outstandingly friendly and knew how to help. The hotel had a central location and it was a minute walk from York's Chocolate Story. The train station was set walk from the venue. 

Loved its fairly friendly and very very helpful staff.

The room was large, and it had a hair dryer and a chair that were useful. The hotel's position was amazing and fantastic, in the heart of town.

The room was both brand-new and stylish with his & hers bathrooms, we loved it.

Everything was excellent during 2 days, greatly enjoyed its great location so close to the center of York, two nightclubs and the bar/restaurant below the hostel, which is called Kennedys. The staff was excellent and attentive, gave advice about 

Fantastic location to the restaurant next door, pretty friendly staff, everything was good. The rooms were unique and spacious with a communal kitchen, a fan, for instance, just what was needed.

It has beautiful and wonderful location a minute walk from York Minster. Set in 5 minutes' walk to the heart of the city, and the employee are very friendly.

Quaint accommodation with amazing setting short walk to the pub next door as well as fantastic bars. Excellent staff, spotless rooms with an iron & board as well as a hairdryer.

Everything is perfect here, had a VERY GOOD stay for the euro final night. Glad I took twin room, it was tidy and spotless. It has a downstairs bar, that serves hot drinks.

The location was amazing and fantastic, and we could reach City Centre by walking. We found it in a fairly nice area just off a restaurant and bar and fun bars.

Came here for weekend, had fine 2 days overall. Amicable and exceptionally kind staff suggested restaurants.

You guys made my stay real good. I was happy, the twin room I booked came with the bathroom, super comfy bed plus a nice view. It was right by which is called Kennedys and the center of the town, stunning

This hostel is the place to be in the heart of the action. With its prime location, you can step right out the door and be surrounded by all the shops and attractions. The rooms are clean and spacious, 

The location was amazing, near to all shops, the bar/restaurant below the hostel, and clubs/ bars and easily accessible. It also was near to the tourist attraction in York.

The booked room was neat in a communal kitchen. Everything was lovely, nonetheless a few employees were quite busy.
